Order Processing & Delivery

• Once you place your order, we’ll confirm it via call or message.
• Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
• In case of delays due to weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen reasons, we’ll keep you informed. 

Payment Terms

• You can pay Cash on Delivery (COD) or use JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer.
• For prepaid orders, please share payment proof with us for quicker processing.

Return & Exchange

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.
• Panties are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
• Refunds are processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer.
• Customer will pay the return shipping cost.
