At PRIVEFIT, we strive to provide high quality undergarments that meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy Return & Exchange policy as per the terms below:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange 

 

• • Return or Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• • The product must be in its original condition:
    

     

    • • Unworn
    • • Unwashed
    • • Tags and labels must be intact
    • • No stains, perfumes, or damage

• • Return or Exchange will only be processed if the original invoice is included in the package.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

 

• • Panties are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

• • Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have missing tags will not be accepted.

Return Address

Customers are required to send the product to the following address:

Makkah Commercial Market, near Allied Bank, on 208 Chak Road, Faisalabad.

Note: Please ensure proper packaging of the return product to avoid any damage during transit.

Delivery Charges

 

• • The customer will bear the delivery charges for sending the product back to us.

Exchange Option 

 

• • Customers can request an exchange with a different product (except panties).

• • If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.

Refund Policy

 

• • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued without any questions asked.

• • Refunds will be processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer as per your preference.

• • Refund processing may take up to 3–5 working days after approval.
