You can place your order directly through our website or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Just select the product, share your size and delivery details, and confirm your order.

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days depending on your location.

Yes! You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags are still attached
  • Invoice is included

Note: Panties cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

The customer will bear the delivery cost of sending the product back to us.

Yes, you can choose another product for exchange (except panties). If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll help you find a suitable alternative.

Refunds are processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer, once we receive and inspect the returned product. It may take 3–5 working days.
